Dartford Harriers Community Update
🔵 SAL 🔵 Match 3 of the Southern Athletics League (SAL) was held 13th July at Mile End. Fantastic performances from our Hoops. Finished 3rd in the league table, only missing 2nd by 3 points! Please remember the track carpark is for officials only – those competing, including our own athletes, must park at Acacia carpark which is only a few minutes walk from the track. 🔵 Parkrun Tourism – July 🔵 July went very quick which is exactly what some of our younger athletes done on a parkrun! 🧡 Abbie gained a new PB completing the Sutcliffe parkrun in 19:23 and Will ran his parkrun debut at Dartford Heath in 21.59! Fantastic performances from them both! 🤩🤩 Premlee ran the Gravesend junior park run (2k) and beat the course record, that has been standing since 2018, by 3 seconds in 6:27! 👏 A group of our athletes ran Battersea parkrun together for Dave’s 60th birthday! 🎉🥳 Go Hoops! 💙🩵 ———————– See here for the original post on Facebook.
