π΅ Kent Championship 2026 π΅ Our athletes smashed it at the Kent Champs last weekend at Medway. We had many athletes compete for the 1st time, athletes gaining new SB/PBs and athletes winning 35 medals between them, 14 π₯, 12 π₯and 9 π₯! See comments for our medal winners. Our supporters as always were out in strength cheering them on and of course we had many of our members officiate and volunteer. π€© Huge congratulations to all who competed! π Day 1 we held a minute silence to celebrate the life of John Askew and day two we held a minutes silence for David R Ralph. Both gave so much to the athletics communities and will be sadly missed. Go Hoops! ππ©΅ π· Photo Credit: Ashford AC photographer plus various DHAC members ———————– See here for the original post on Facebook.

π΅ PureGym π΅ We are proud to say PureGym is our new club sponsor. πͺ Keep your eye out for this image that will be popping up on the notice boards at PureGym Dartford and PureGym Crayford. Training at both the gym and the track compliment each other and set us above the rest at competitions. π΅ London Marathon 2026 π΅ London you did not disappoint! What a day! We had 15 members complete the London Marathon and 1 who completed her 1st London Marathon virtual race at the Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford. We had 3 athletes finish in sub 3 hours and two within 3 hours 10 mins which are fantastic times! All our members times can be found in the comments. Extra credit has to go to Anna who completed the Boston Marathon just a few days beforehand! Not only did we have members run we also had them volunteer and of course others support on the day in person cheering them on plus following and supporting via the app. Our members and coaches also helped support them with their training in preparation. Training for a marathon takes dedication, commitment and hard work! Extra thanks go to our fabulous Capon family who volunteered for
