Introducing some of our Coaches
Stephanie is a Coach/Run Leader who plans and leads sessions for adults middle distance runners.
In winter, sessions are often longer and more endurance based, with Cross Country and Road Racing in mind. During the summer, sessions tend to be shorter and faster – more speed-based for the track season. All the sessions are well-structured and will benefit anyone looking to improve their performance.
Jason is a UKA Level 3 Endurance Coach who works with all age groups and levels, from beginners through to International level.
He is an occasional Great Britain and England Junior Team Coach and has worked with many current Great Britain junior and senior international athletes, including Olympic, World and European medallists. Jason is very friendly and approachable, and organises group training trips twice a year, which are open to all.
Jon is a Level 2 Athletics Coach, coaching athletes of all ages across sprints, endurance, throws & jumps.
Athletes within his coaching group include county, regional and national champions.
Sophie leads a group for adults who are new to running, and people that generally run up to 5k. She also assists in supporting the coaching of 9-10 year olds.
