🔵 YDL 2025 Lower Age 🔵 This weekend was our first YDL of the season held at Hastings. Many of our young athletes were competing for the first time but they were in safe hands with our more experienced athletes helping and encouraging them. It was fantastic start to the league with us finishing in

🔵 YDL 2024 Upper Age 🔵 This weekend saw our first YDL Upper of the season for our U17 and U20s held at Brighton and Hove. Alongside our experienced athletes we had athletes competing for the very first time. The whole team were amazing and incredibly supportive of each other. The team spirit and cheers

🔵 KYAL 🔵 Yesterday was the 1st KYAL of the season held at Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford. Our team of young athletes gave some fantastic performances with lots of PBs and SBs gained. Many of them tried new events and some competing for the 1st time! 😁 The team spirit amongst them is outstanding!

🔵 Marathon Training 🔵 Training for a marathon is time consuming, challenging and demanding both mentally and physically! This has not stopped these fantastic five females! 🤩 They are all part of our senior/vets training group who train together under the guidance of coach Chris and Steph.
