🔵 KYAL 2026 🔵 Yesterday was the start of the KYAL for the younger athletes at Medway. Our U14 and U16 athletes had a fantastic day with many gaining new PBs and finishing in top 3 positions! We also had new members competing for the 1st time! 👏 As always our team spirit was strong!

🔵 YDL Upper 2026 🔵 Last weekend was the start of the YDL for the upper athletes at Tonbridge. Unfortunately we didn’t have a huge team however our U18 and U20 athletes who did compete had a great day with many gaining new PBs and finishing in top 3 positions! We may have been small

🔵 Parkrun Tourism – March 🔵 Our members enjoyed parkrun tourism in March, both running and/or volunteering. 🧡 Special mention has to go to our young athlete Zach who ran his final junior parkrun due to him celebrating his 15th birthday and no longer able to run them. Zach will continue running the 5k parkruns

Please remember the track carpark is for officials only – those competing, including our own athletes, must park at Acacia carpark which is only a few minutes walk from the track.
