🔵 Essex 20 🔵 Last Sunday our athlete, Anna, ran the unique 20 mile, 5-lap course at Debden Airfield. Anna finished the race in 02:37:36 which was a great achievement. 🔵 Kent Indoor Championships 🔵 The Kent Indoor Championships were held at Lee Valley at the weekend and what a fantastic 2 days our athletes had! New PBs, SBs, championship performances and club records were achieved as well as a huge amount of medals won! Our athletes won 11 gold, 10 silver and 9 bronze
