🔵 KYAL 🔵 Yesterday was the 1st KYAL of the season held at Julie Rose Stadium in Ashford. Our team of young athletes gave some fantastic performances with lots of PBs and SBs gained. Many of them tried new events and some competing for the 1st time! 😁 The team spirit amongst them is outstanding!

🔵 Marathon Training 🔵 Training for a marathon is time consuming, challenging and demanding both mentally and physically! This has not stopped these fantastic five females! 🤩 They are all part of our senior/vets training group who train together under the guidance of coach Chris and Steph. 🔵 Folkestone 10 🔵 On Friday 4 of our athletes ran the popular 10 mile race along the seafront promenade from Hythe to Folkestone and back. A total of 723 runners ran! 💪 Well done and thank you to the organisers and volunteers at Folkestone Running & Athletics Club and Folkestone 10. We had 2

🔵 Easter Egg Collection 🔵 Our members kindly donated 70 Easter eggs (a mix of chocolate eggs, and allergy-friendly eggs), Easter bunny ears, and some Easter egg headbands to Darent Valley Hospital (DVH). The Easter treats will be given to children in the Children’s Resource Centre, Paediatric ED and Willow Ward. We will work with
